• Any additional tables and chairs can be rented for an additional fee.
• Plateware and silverware are available for an additional charge of $150.
• All beverage services must be provided by desk chair workspace.
• Holiday and weekend rates subject to change.

• Seats up to 140 people* Depending on seating arrangements.
• Non-refundable rental deposit of $200.
• Rate: $300/hour.
